Strawberry flavored milk mixture 60 g
Milk cream 150 g

SUPREME margarine, unsalted 200 g
Strawberry-flavored milk mixture 60 g
Powdered sugar 300 g
COVERING 2
Grated white chocolate 100 g
Milk cream 50 g
White food coloring or the color of your choice, as much as you need
Miscellaneous confectionery, as much as you need
MASSA
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Remove from the bowl and set aside.
2. In the bowl of the mixer, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and margarine.
3. Add the egg yolks mixed with the milk and vanilla. Finally, add the egg whites.
4. Pour the batter into 4 15cm round cake tins, greased with margarine and flour.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Unmold warm and set aside until cool. If necessary, cut off the top to level it. Cut the cakes in half.
7. Place a disk of dough on a plate and cover with the filling.
8. Overlap the second pastry, filling, third pastry, filling and finish with the last disk.
9. Repeat and assemble the second cake. Refrigerate the cakes until well chilled.
10. As soon as it comes out of the fridge, decorate it with icing 2, pouring the ganache first around the edge and then spreading it in the center.

11. Mix the ingredients in the order above and microwave in a high bowl and cook for 10 minutes on high power, stopping every 2 minutes. Use cold

12. Beat the ingredients in a mixer until smooth and light. Use at room temperature.
COVERY 2
13. Mix the ingredients together and microwave on medium power for 2 minutes, stopping halfway through to stir.
14. Add the food coloring and set aside for at least 2 hours before using.
15. Place in a plastic bag with a hole in the tip and use afterwards.

If you prefer, make a larger cake using 3 20cm molds
