Delícia Supreme 60 g
Mini penne grano duro 500 g
Chicken broth 3 L
Sliced chicken sausages 300 g
Small medium onion 1 pc
Spinach, leaves only, sanitized 120 g
Cherry tomatoes 230 g
Salt and pepper as much as needed
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese as much as needed
1. Bring the chicken stock to the boil in a large saucepan.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package.
3. Remove from the heat and drain the pasta, reserving a little stock.
4. In another pan, fry the sausages in 2 tablespoons of Delícia Supreme margarine. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same pan, add the rest of the Delícia Supreme margarine, the garlic and the onion and let them fry.
6. Add the spinach leaves, tomatoes, fried sausage, cooked pasta, a ladle of the reserved cooking stock, salt and pepper to taste.
7. Mix gently and let it heat up just to let the tomatoes wilt a little.
8. Add (sprinkling) the grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
