Ingredients

SUSPIRO
Egg whites 4 pcs
Sugar 240 g
Lemon zest 4 g

RECHEIO
Delícia Cremosa 72 g
Condensed milk 395 g
Cocoa powder 12 g
Refreshment powder, sugar-free, strawberry flavor 12 g

Preparation Method

SUSPIRO
1. Beat the egg whites in a mixer until they are firm but elastic.
2. Add the sugar and beat until stiff.
3. Turn off the mixer, add the lemon zest and mix well.
4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the help of a tablespoon or a piping bag with a smooth nozzle, drop the dough into a round shape, leaving spaces between them.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for about 10 minutes or until they are dry.

RECHEIO
6. Bring the condensed milk and Delícia Cremosa margarine to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the bottom of the pan begins to appear.
7. Remove half the contents, pour into a glass bowl and mix in the strawberry-flavored soft drink.
8. In the part that remains in the pan, add the cocoa, mix well and remove from the heat.
9. Wait for the fillings to cool and apply them to the meringue halves, closing them with the other half, as if they were a wedding cake.
