Delícia Supreme 100 g
Large monalisa potatoes 1.1 kg
Sliced garlic 20 g
Chopped rosemary 2 g
Salt (preferably coarse) as much as needed
Mixed peppers as much as needed
1. Separate a tablespoon of Delícia Supreme margarine, grease a baking dish and set aside.
2. Mix the remaining Delícia Supreme margarine with the chopped rosemary and mixed peppers. Set aside.
3. Wash the potatoes well (preferably with a brush), do not remove the peel.
4. Dry and cut them into thin slices, but don't cut all the way through so they don't fall apart.
5. Place them on large pieces of aluminum foil, pour the mixture of Delícia Supreme margarine and herbs between the slices and add the sliced garlic between the slices, leaving it more towards the edge, almost coming out (so that it roasts).
6. Sprinkle with coarse salt, close the foil by rolling up the top and sides, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 35 minutes.
7. Remove the foil, drizzle the potatoes with the margarine from the bottom of the baking sheet and return them to the oven until they are cooked on the inside and golden brown on the outside.
Tip
When serving, add 1 dessert spoon of Delícia Supreme margarine to the top of each potato.
