Delícia Cremosa 48 g
Wing drumsticks 1 kg
Chopped garlic cloves 15 g
Chicken stock powder, lemon juice and salt as much as needed
Spicy paprika 2 g
Thread flour 100 g
Orange pear juice 240 ml
CALDA
Cornstarch 6 g
Salt 4 g
Sugar 12 g
White sesame seeds as much as needed
FRANGO
1. Start by making the lollipops.
2. With a knife, push the skin from the ends of the bone onto the meat, making a ball on the other end.
3. Put them in a bowl, season with garlic, chicken stock, lemon juice, salt if necessary and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the drumsticks from the marinade, coat them in melted creamy Delícia margarine with paprika and then in breadcrumbs.
5. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
CALDA
6. Set aside the cornstarch dissolved in a tablespoon of water.
7. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil for approximately 12 minutes.
8. Add the cornstarch and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
9. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
10. Dip the drumsticks in the syrup, sprinkle them with the white sesame seeds and serve immediately.
