For the dough
4 medium potatoes (600 g)
Salt to taste
King pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of wheat flour (25 g)
1 tablespoon starch (10 g)
For the filling
2 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil (15 ml)
Meat (200 g)
½ unit chopped onion
1 clove of chopped garlic
½ tsp pepper (to taste)
¼ cup chopped black olives (to taste)
Garden parsley to taste
Salt to taste

For the breading
1 cup of wheat flour (120 g)
2 beaten eggs
2 cups panko flour (140 g)
1 unit of Soya Soya Oil
For the pasta
In a saucepan, heat water and cook the potatoes until they are soft. Drain them and mash them into a puree. Season with salt and pepper. Add the flour and starch and mix well until a dough is formed.
For the potatoes, mix well.
For the filling In a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the minced meat. Add the pepper, olives and parsley. Adjust the salt and ground pepper.
Mix the filling into the potato dough.
For breading Make 20g balls with the potato dough and meat filling. Dip them in wheat flour, then in egg, and finish in panko flour. Heat the pan and cook the potatoes.
Heat a pan with oil and fry at 160°C until lightly browned. Drain and serve. Tips: You can also enjoy making different flavors with the potato dough base by replacing the meat filling with creamy chicken or dried meat.
