1- In a blender or food processor, blend the peanuts with the sugar until they become a fine flour. Set aside.
2- Cover the tapioca with the water and leave to rest for at least 2 hours.
3- In a saucepan, mix the tapioca with milk, with the margarine Primor Todo Dia, cream, cinnamon and sugar. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from the heat and add the lemon zest.
4- Place 1 tablespoon of peanut flour in the bottom of the chosen jars and cover with some of the cream while it is still warm or lukewarm. Add more farofa and finish with the cream.
5- Decorate to taste and serve chilled.
TIP
Try replacing the cream with coconut milk.
