2 tablespoons Soya Soya Oil
1/2 chopped onion 5 cups cabbage, finely chopped 1 large carrot, grated or cut into thin strips 1 can tuna, solid in water
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup Light Soya Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tablespoon complete ready-made seasoning without pepper
In a frying pan, fry the onion in Soya Soya Oil until it turns transparent. Turn off the heat, add the cabbage, carrots, tuna and raisins and mix gently. Separately, mix together the Light Soya Mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice and complete seasoning without pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Try serving with toast.
