Whole Carrot Cake

Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Supreme Light 200 g
Eggs 4 p
Small carrots 180 g
Whole wheat flour 135 g
Brown sugar 200 g
Baking powder 10 g
Wheat flour 120 g

COVERY
Brown sugar 80g
Cocoa powder 20g
Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
SUPREME margarine light 20 g
Water 45 ml

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. Beat the eggs with the margarine and carrots in a blender.
2. Pour over the previously mixed dry ingredients.
3. Place in a greased and floured pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes
4. Unmold warm and then cover with the icing

COVERY
5. Mix the ingredients together and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
6. Cook for another 1 minute and use.

TIP
Try adding 1/2 cup of raisins to the batter
