Wholemeal Banana and Oat Cake

Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Cremosa 36 g
Dwarf bananas 3 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Brown sugar 150 g
Skimmed milk 125 ml
Oat flour medium flakes 80 g
Wheat flour 120 g
Black raisins 75 g
Baking powder 30 g

MONTAGE
Sugar 160 g
Water 15 ml
Dwarf bananas 2 pcs

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. Blend the bananas, eggs, sugar, milk and Delícia Cremosa until smooth. Set aside.
2. Separately, mix together the oat and wheat flours and the raisins.
3. Add the banana cream, add the yeast and mix well.

MONTAGE
4. Pour the decorating sugar into a round cake tin and heat over a medium flame to melt the sugar. Add a tablespoon of water and, using a spoon, distribute the caramel all over the bottom of the mold. Remove from the heat and cover the syrup with the peeled bananas, sliced lengthways. Pour the mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and unmold. Decorate with a cinnamon stick.
