Whole wheat flour 120 g
Fine flaked oats 80 g
Demerara sugar 150 g
Eggs 4 p
Natural yogurt 250 ml
Dried fruit 100 g
Baking powder Powdered Chemical Yeast 30 g
Vanilla Essence 5 ml

Oat Flakes 20 g
Wholemeal Flour 70 g
Brown Sugar 75 g
Cinnamon Powder 14 g

MASSA
1. Mix the eggs, margarine, yogurt and sugar in a bowl, add the wheat flour, oats and chopped dried fruit and mix well, finishing by adding the baking powder.
2. Place in a greased and floured 24cm long by 6cm high English cake tin.
CROZY CAKE
3. Knead everything with your hands until it resembles beach sand.
4. Place on top of the cake and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
