On a grill heated over high heat, brush oil and grill the steaks and hearts seasoned with salt and pepper. The point of the steaks can be whatever you like. Set aside.
Cut the buns in half and brown both sides on the grill.
Turn the browned side of the bread up and distribute the cheese evenly between the loaves. Cover so the cheese melts and transfer to two plates.
Mount the snacks by adding the sliced steaks, chicken hearts, mustard ketchup, chopped tomatoes and onions. Finish with the fried egg and close by pressing the snack tightly. Serve immediately.
