MASSA
3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo Primor
3 colheres (sopa) de queijo parmesão ralado
½ sache de caldo de legumes
1 ½ colher (chá) de sal
1 xícara (chá) rasa de Margarina Primor Todo Dia
½ xícara (chá) rasa de água morna
1 gema (20 g)
RECHEIO
1 abobrinha grande ralada
1 xícara (chá) de creme de leite
1 xícara (chá) de queijo prato ralado
1 sachê de caldo de legumes
2 ovos
2 colheres (sopa) de gergelim
1 ½ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado
Sal a gosto
MASSA
In a bowl, mix the Primor wheat flour, grated Parmesan cheese, vegetable stock and salt. Add the Primor Todo Dia margarine and mix well. Add the egg yolk, the water (little by little) and mix until the dough becomes smooth and homogeneous. Roll out the dough, line a 20 cm diameter dish with a removable bottom, pierce the bottom of the dough with the tines of a fork and set aside.
FILLING
Mix all the filling ingredients, pour over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 150ºC for 30 minutes.
