Delícia Supreme Light 100 g
Wheat flour 260 g
Salt as much as needed
Cold water 15 ml
Filling
Eggs 3 pcs
Margarine Supreme light, softened 30 g
Light cream 200 g
Skimmed milk 100 ml
Nutmeg 1 pinch(s)
Black pepper as much as needed
Salt 5 g
Fresh thyme leaf(s)
Squeezed garlic clove 1/2 p
Sliced minas cheese 150 g
1. Mix the flour with the salt and margarine until you get a coarse flour.
2. Add the water and knead until you have a homogeneous dough.
3. Cover and set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes
4. Roll out the dough and line a round, removable-bottomed pan with a diameter of 20 cm.
5. Refrigerate while you preheat the oven.
6. In a bowl, beat the eggs as for an omelette and add the margarine, cream, milk and spices
7. Prick the dough with a fork and place the zucchini and cheese in the bottom of the dish and cover with the cream.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 55 minutes or until golden brown (the filling comes out slightly soft, but then it firms up). Serve warm or cold
TIP
If you prefer a drier, crispier pastry, bake the pastry for 15 minutes before adding the filling.
